Privacy

Updated 25 September 2026.

This notice explains how Axiomera handles information when you visit this website, submit a business inquiry or schedule a conversation.

Business inquiries

The inquiry form asks for your name, work email and business name. We store those details with the submission time, a technical reference and internal notification status so we can respond to your inquiry and help arrange a 20-minute business-fit conversation. Submitting the form does not book an appointment.

Use business contact details only. Please do not submit patient or customer information. Do not include records, health details, contact lists, login credentials or sensitive attachments in this flow or in an email inquiry.

Scheduling with Cal.com

After your inquiry is accepted, we load Cal.com’s scheduler and pass your name, email and business name to prefill its booking fields. Cal.com processes scheduling information and technical request information to provide availability, booking, confirmation, reminders and meeting services. A booking is complete only when Cal.com confirms it. You can use the rescheduling or cancellation options provided with your booking.

Cal.com’s handling of information is described in its privacy notice.

Website, storage and email services

Netlify provides website hosting and stores business inquiries in a private store accessed by Axiomera’s server-side inquiry service. Hosting systems process technical request information, such as IP addresses and requested pages, for delivery, reliability, abuse prevention and security. Inquiry records are available to authorized Axiomera operators through the hosting account.

We use Resend to send an internal email notification to Axiomera when a business inquiry is saved. That notification includes your name, work email, business name, submission time and inquiry reference so we can follow up, even if you do not book a call. Resend processes this information to provide email delivery. Your work email may be used as the reply-to address. This alert is sent to Axiomera, not automatically to you. See Resend’s privacy policy.

If you email info@axiomera.io, our email services process the business contact details and message you provide so we can respond. We keep inquiry information for follow-up and related business records, and review requests for correction or deletion in light of the information held and applicable obligations.

The website application does not send names, email addresses, business names or inquiry content to analytics. Fonts and page media are served with the website. The public inquiry flow does not provide a patient portal, file upload or payment form.

Your choices and contact
